Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Handle QuickBooks payments and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate financial and operational record keeping
- Schedule management and optimization using Housecall Pro (customer jobs, technician schedules, routing efficiency)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a professional and timely manner Material ordering, purchasing, and vendor management
- Inventory tracking and management
- Assist with hiring and recruitment processes
- Performance management, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement for staff as needed. Support marketing efforts (Google reviews, social media, email campaigns, etc.) Maintain fleet vehicle maintenance schedules and service records
- General office administration and record organization
- Additional duties as needed to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of office management, administrative, or bookkeeping experience Experience with Housecall Pro or similar field service management software is highly desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, Office Suite, (payroll experience is a big plus) Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

AVERAGE DAY AS A MASONRY CRAFTSMAN
This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
In this position, you'll start your day at our central location, where you'll gear up and head to job sites in the Brookfield area. You'll inspect chimneys, estimate repairs, and perform expert work-from tuckpointing and relining to fireplace construction and leak fixes. You'll lead jobs, interact with customers, and ensure every project meets our high standards.
